We seek a polished and professional Receptionist to answer incoming calls and greet guests. This position is ideal for someone looking for an entry-level position.  You will also be responsible for answering phones and emails, filing documents, and assisting an HR and accounting department. This position requires the receptionist to be polished.   The company will consider a permanent position for the right candidate who can add value to staff members.
Essential Functions:
  • Answer incoming calls and greet guests and staff
  • Assist the HR department and provide basic admin support
  • Assist with filing documents
 Skills and Assets You Bring, and More:
  • High School or GED
  • Must be able to handle confidential information
  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
  • Professional demeanor and professional telephone etiquette
  • Basic typing 25 – 30 WPM
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screening panel
