The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Frazer reports to the Human Resources Supervisor, and is responsible for creatively attracting quality candidates using both traditional and innovative recruiting tactics (including but not limited to social media and established industry contacts and methods), screening candidates with a high degree of urgency to determine fit, and creating sustainable pipelines of quality candidates with a long-term talent acquisition strategy in mind, to include establishing relationships with local colleges and technical/trade schools.
