Part-Time Senior Accountant (Hybrid)
$43.27/hr. Or $45,000/annually

A growing finance department is seeking a part-time Senior Accountant for the 2023 new year.  The ideal Senior Accountant will have a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment using the SAP system. This role will review and consolidate royalty and declarations for intercompany reporting. Senior Accountant’s Priorities and Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and completing 1099’s preparation for North American companies
  • Completing Census Reporting for Quarterly and Annual Filings
  • Update and complete Sigma consolidated intercompany reporting
  • Assist with and complete monthly royalty calculations and declarations
  • Complete vendor setup and maintain a master file for North America + Canadian companies
  • Assist, backup and update, and complete customer master setup
  • Assist with any balance sheet reconciliations
  • Backup to other Senior Accountants on the team
  • Assisting Accounting Controller with any ad hoc requests or projects
 Senior Accountant’s Experience/Education/Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or accounting
  • SAP experience
  • Must have a working knowledge of preparing and reporting 1099s for intercompany
  • Sigma experience a huge plus
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Must have intercompany reporting experience and royalty declarations
