Resource Staffing is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Recruiter for our Galleria Houston Branch. The ideal match will be a candidate that has a successful track record with account management, online sourcing, and networking; with the ability to build a strong candidate pipeline for Call Center, administrative, and accounting financial disciplines. No prospecting or outside sales are involved. Excellent working environment!
Recruiter Should Possess:
  • The ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal/communication skills
  • Leadership abilities by example
  • Excellent problem-solving solving skills
  • Previous experience in inside sales, retail, customer service, recruiting, and or staffing
 Recruiter’s General Duties:
  • Proactively source, screen, interview, hire, onboard, orient, and manage a contract, contract-hire and direct-hire workforce
  • Assess clients hiring needs and implement appropriate sourcing strategies to ensure quality placements.
  • Partner with Business Development Manager to increase business opportunities
